Welcome to the Elite Summer Basketball League in Fargo. This league was put together so college athletes had a
chance to compete in competative games during the summer, and more importantly, the offseason.
The F-M Hoopers League consists of college players from 9 colleges in the area. The league has received certification
from the NCAA. From the 9 colleges, we have over 40 players that have been split up and put onto different
teams giving them a chance to play with other athletes. We also have allowed high school ball players to participate.
This is by invitation only. If you are good enough to play college, then they were invited to participate.
